Kickstart fails with "NFSv4 not supported" message

Issue

Is NFSv4 supported as a valid method of media source in a ks.cfg? Trying to kick using the following line and get an error: NFSv4 not supported.
```
install
nfs --server=20.20.20.101 --dir=/ --opts="nfsvers=4"
```
