Why network communication to rhev-h is broken while enabling LACP on switch for rhevm bridge?

Issue

I am trying to do LACP bond for "rhevm" bridge. Enabled LACP (802.3ad) for two ports on the switch side. RHEV-H went to non-responsive status and I am unable to create 802.3ad bond from RHEV-M GUI. How can I resolve this?
