Issue
- Upgraded RHEV-M from 3.0 to 3.1, storage domains are in
Unknownstatus and the storage pool manager (SPM) status is alwaysContending. - After migration from RHEV 3.0 to RHEV 3.1, SPM remains in 'Contending' state.
