Authentication Operator in Unknown state post Installation in OpenShift 4.

Issue

• With Openshift 4.2, installation, the authentication cluster operator reports Unknown state

• The cluster installation does not include proxy on it but the operator is still reporting failure on reaching the oauth-openshift route.
