Why doesn't a Highly Available VM, that was manually panicked, boot up automatically on the same or another hypervisor in the data center?
Issue
- A VM running on Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization is configured to be Highly Available.
- When this VM is panicked manually, it doesn't come up automatically on the same or any other hypervisor in the data center.
