Not Finding syslog-ng in REDHAT ubi 8 docker image

We are pulling the redhat ubi8 standard docker image from the repo registry.access.redhat.com/ubi8/ubi:latest

But we are not finding syslog-ng rpm. How can we get these additional rpms?
