Pod label is missing during deployment

Issue

• On a early state of a pod deployment, the label of the pod name is missing.

  labels:
    app: test-app
    deploymentconfig: test-app-dc
  

• The logs are forwarded to an external elasticsearch/kibana. They use this label to match fields with it, that the costumer can query for it.
