Dependency issue when upgrading the sysstat package

Issue

• We tried to upgrade the sysstat package from sysstat-5.0.5-11.rhel4.x86_64.rpm to sysstat-5.0.5-27.el4.x86_64.rpm
  We are getting the following error:

error: Failed dependencies:
    libc.so.6() (64 bit is needed by sysstat-5.0.5-27.el4.x86_64
    libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.2.5) 64bit) is needed by sysstat-5.0.5-27.el4.x86_64
    libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3) (64bit) is needed by sysstat-5.0.5-27.el4.x86_64
