Multiple systems report outage simultaneously

Issue

• We had outage of our Informatica platform due to connectivity issue with a back end database. As per vendor this issue usually occurs when the DB is not able to respond to an update request from the node java process. It could be due to poor network or the DB is busy/overloaded or not available at that time. We have checked with the DBAs and as per them there was no problem with database side.
