Openshift 4.X RHCoreOS: DNS queries timeout or take 5 seconds to respond.
Issue
- we have sometimes slow dns resolution times (5 sec) with Openshift Pods.
- Seen in applications and nslookup/getent commands.
- Kernel has the fix for the problem described in https://access.redhat.com/solutions/3690091
