Bluetooth stopped working on RHEL8.1

I've been using RHEL8.1 on my laptop for the last month with no issues
THINKPAD X1 Carbon 6th

The system has virtually zero customization apart from a few different terminal emulators installed.

I normally connect by bose QC35 headphones and a plantronics headset for conference calls with bluetooth.

Today nothing will connect, I get this in var/log/messages.

Nov 27 16:21:43 hudson bluetoothd[1951]: a2dp-sink profile connect failed for 04:52:C7:FF:33:FB: Protocol not available
Nov 27 16:21:45 hudson kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: last event is not cmd complete (0x0f)

Nothing has changed from yesterday, no updates etc.

I have no idea where to start troubleshooting, please help
