Certificate enrollment failed when adding reinstalled hypervisor
Issue
- Attempting to add a new hypervisor to the environment fails with the message "Certificate enrollment failed"
- ERROR: loading the config file 'cert.conf' in engine.log when attempting to add new hosts
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager 3.2.2 (after being upgraded from 3.0, then 3.1)
