Full list of parameters required for fence_apc_snmp in the RHEV UI

Issue

• [RFE] Additional fields for fence_apc_snmp in the RHEV UI
• Currently the RHEV UI does not provide fields for all possible parameters to fence_apc_snmp, so they have to be defined in the "Options" field.
• This is a potential source of errors such as typos and forces us to enter passwords in cleartext and have them stored that way, as for the parameter "snmp_priv_passwd".
• We would like to have fields for all required parameters for that fence agent.
• Customer is missing a field for the parameter snmp_priv_passwd in the RHEV UI window for their host. Thus they are forced to enter it in cleartext in the options field, which for them is a security concern and in general is error prone.
• They need it to fulfill their security requirements and to prevent erroneous input.
• A separate field for at least the snmp_priv_passwd parameter in the host UI, if possible for all the others we don't have currently as well.
