Issue

mount.nfs program is hung mounting an nfs4 filesystem
nfs4 mount stuck in a LOOKUP_ROOT loop if the operation fails on first attempt
I see a huge number of "getattr" calls being made back-to-back for the same file handle
auto mounted nfs share hangs. Can not restart autofs.
