Gluster pod will not start

Issue

Found " Endpoint not connected" on many of the volumes. Shutdown gluster on that node and powered it off and back on.
Gluster pod is stuck coming up. Tried deleting the pod a couple of times but it didn't help this time.
There are many volumes that need healing on the other two nodes.

/etc/target/saveconfig.json is empty
