Unable to login RedHat Satellite WEBUI, post patching

Issue

  • After upgrading the Red Hat Satellite server, logon to the web UI fails with this error message::

    :service unavailable ERF64-6496 [Foreman::MaintenanceException]: There are migrations pending in the system
