LVM throwing errors about multiple missing physical volumes when there sould only be one in RHEL 5
Issue
- A LUN went offline at some point, and now when we try to look at the status with 'pvs', it prints errors that it can't find 5 different UUIDs (which is strange since there's only 1 physical volume).
