Kdump fails with NFS dump target on Broadcom network adapter
Issue
When performing a kdump over a Broadcom ethernet device (using bnx2x driver) in a RHEL8 environment there might be a delay between the device being set up and the actual link detection that exceeds the dracut carrier timeout (default value is 5 seconds) . It will cause dracut-initqueue to fail with the following message:
[ 19.616414] dracut-initqueue[299]: Warning: No carrier detected on interface enP52p1s0f1
This will make kdump fail afterwards, as the IP settings will not be loaded to the interface.
