Can I define a JON alert with an alert condition type of "measurement value not changed"?
Issue
- Add my own Condition Type
- I want to add a Condition Type called Measurement Value NOT Change.
- Alert that can examine if the Message Count is no longer increasing.
- Can an alert be triggered if a metric has not changed over time?
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.1
- Alert definition which is triggered when the target metric has not changed over two or more collections
