GFS2 filesystem becomes unresponsive on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.7
Issue
- Application team could not login to the server using their Oracle accounts. We rebooted the server which has fixed the issue.
Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5 (with the Resilient Storage Add Ons)
- Issue observed on kernel-2.6.18-274.el5 (currently unknown which other versions may be affected).
- Cluster with at least 2 nodes
- GFS2 filesystems mounted via /etc/fstab
