Timestamps for commands in `history` output is recorded randomly.

Issue

  • The users have HISTTIMEFORMAT variable exported in their .bash_profile file. But sometimes, the correct timestamp is recorded, whereas some times, it doesn't record the timestamp.
  • Is there any issues with the HISTTIMEFORMAT ?
