  • After updating to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.6, Apache service fails to start, error log says:

    NSS_Initialize failed. Certificate database: /etc/httpd/alias.
SSL Library error: -8038 SEC_ERROR_NOT_INITIALIZED

  • Apache segfaults after updating to RHEL 5.6
