numactl crashes while using --touch option
Issue
numactl crashes while using the --touch option. For example:
### On RHEL 8
# numactl --length=100M --file /dev/shm/data1 --interleave=all --touch
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
### On RHEL 7.7
# numactl --length=100M --file /dev/shm/data1 --interleave=all --touch
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
