Using the DebugRuleRuntimeEventListener and not all rules are being logged

Issue

The rules that are firing in one of the RuleFlowGroups are not being logged by DebugRuleRuntimeEventListener in server.log like the rules in the other ruleflow groups.

e.g.

        ... 
    then
        errorMessages.errorMessage.add("Account Number in Member is missing.")
        System.out.println("account number missing")
               ...

I put a System.out in the output so I can see that it is firing. I can also see the data in the return values.
I'm expecting that to show up in the log because there is an object that is updated when the rule fires. I'm just not seeing the update event with the rule .
