rg_test reports 'basename: missing operand' error message when managing oracledb resources in a RHEL 6 High Availability cluster with rgmanager

After updating the
resource-agentspackage to version3.9.2-21.el6_4.3.x86_64rg_testcommand reports the following error message while starting Oracle database resource. Despite of following errors, the Oracle database is started successfully:$ rg_test test /etc/cluster/cluster.conf start service "service1" Running in test mode. [...] [oracledb] Validating configuration for DB1 basename: missing operand <--- Try `basename --help' for more information. Failed to start service1 -
What does above error messages indicate? is this a bug in new
resource-agents-3.9.2-21.el6_4.3package?
