Why does displaying closed case list or trying to open closed cases take a relatively long time, 15 second or more, per ticket to open?
Issue
- Please increase the performance of the site by a factor of 15.
- BUG Portal - Portal takes 15 seconds to display closed case list, should take < 1 second
