Boot from SAN system won't boot, "Unable to access resume device" and "could not find filesystem" errors
Issue
- After a reboot, the machine cannot find
root(/) logical volume. - The following messages appear on the console:
Unable to access resume device (/dev/VolGroupX/LVSwap)
mount: could not find filesystem '`/dev/root'
