How can I enable Enterprise Portal Platform(EPP) 5 Site Publisher(SP) to support Chinese language?

Issue

  • When I set LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8 and start EPP with SP I get the following exception:
    ERROR [resources] Cannot load and merge the bundle:
