I'm seeing "nfs4_reclaim_open_state: Lock reclaim failed" while using an active / passive multi-node failover setup controlled by an exclusive lock file on NFS4
Issue
- Periodically we are seeing "nfs4_reclaim_open_state: Lock reclaim failed" messages in one of the nodes of our active / passive failover environment that is controlled by an exclusive lock on a lock file.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5-7 (NFS4 client)
- NFS4
- active / passive failover controlled by exclusive lock on an NFS4 file
