JCE providers have JarException in unexploded EAR/WAR on EAP 5

Issue

• We are using bouncycastle but when we deploy the EAR as a zipped file it fails with a JarException trying to verify signature on some other jar in the EAR. When we deploy the EAR as an exploded directory it works OK.

• java.lang.SecurityException: JCE cannot authenticate the provider BC
  java.util.jar.JarException: jar:file:someear.ear!/lib/bcprov-jdk15on-149.jar has unsigned entries - lib/somejar.jar
