Can I use ojdbc14.jar on oracle 10 and JDK 1.6?

Issue

We have discovered that ojdbc14.jar that we are using now is only compatible with JDK 1.4 and 1.5 but we upgrade to JDK 1.6 to fix other problem on Jboss. We have seen this information at this Oracle page. Could we have any problem with this?
