How to configure Async handler in JBoss EAP?

• How do I change to the AsyncAppender in JBoss EAP?
• How do I configure the async logger / handler in JBoss ?
• Is it possible to configure the periodic-size-rotating-file-handler as a subhandler for the async handler in JBoss EAP 6?
• Async handler configured as the single handler for the root-logger and periodic-size-rotating-file-handler as a subhandler for the async handler, all the messages are lost as if the async handler discards all the messages. Is it possible to use periodic-size-rotating-file-handler in the async handler in JBoss EAP 6.4.2?
