please add msr-tools to distribution
Issue
- Tool is useful for resetting msrs to known good state at the end of a job, e.g. power threshold and turbo mode for Sandy Bridge CPU's
- It is already in Fedora, please add it to RHEL or at least EPEL http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=5957
