Installable Updates are not displayed accurately for Content Hosts
Issue

When promoting a Content View containing outstanding errata, the 'Installable Updates' column on the Content Hosts view shows zero updates.

If we select one of the Hosts and click the Errata tab, the new Errata will appear.
