Why do I get a GFS filesystem withdraw with function = gfs_setbit on RHEL 5?
Issue
- My GFS filesystem is no longer accessible. When I check the logs I see messages like this:
kernel: GFS: fsid=new_cluster:gfsdata.0: fatal: filesystem consistency error
kernel: GFS: fsid=new_cluster:gfsdata.0: RG = 6426417
kernel: GFS: fsid=new_cluster:gfsdata.0: function = gfs_setbit
kernel: GFS: fsid=new_cluster:gfsdata.0: file = /builddir/build/BUILD/gfs-kmod-0.1.34/_kmod_build_/src/gfs/bits.c, line = 81
kernel: GFS: fsid=new_cluster:gfsdata.0: time = 1375004255
kernel: GFS: fsid=new_cluster:gfsdata.0: about to withdraw from the cluster
kernel: GFS: fsid=new_cluster:gfsdata.0: telling LM to withdraw
