OpenShift EAP 6.0 cartridge is using EAP 6.1

Issue

• The EAP 6.0 cartridge of OSE works with EAP 6.1 RPMS, and even though the user will be running eap 6.1, the web console and the cartridge list on rhc will display it as EAP 6.0.
