Unable to pull images in OpenShift Online when using Deployment objects

Issue

• We are deploying a template or application which uses a Deployment instead of a DeploymentConfig, but it fails to pull the image
• Spinning up a pod with a docker.io image fails with the message:

Failed to pull image "docker.io/bitnami/redis:4.0.12": rpc error: code = Unknown desc = no such image: "docker.io/bitnami/redis:4.0.12"
