"Unable to match the Virtual Host [MainServer] with any of the SNMP advertised vhosts" warning from JON agent

Issue

  • I get this error in the JON Agent.log file on one of our new webservers and the JON UI will not display the webserver.

    2010-12-16 10:53:02,874 WARN  [ResourceDiscoveryComponent.invoker.daemon-1] (org.rhq.plugins.apache.ApacheVirtualHostServiceComponent)- Unable to match the Virtual Host [MainServer] with any of the SNMP advertised vhosts: [server.domain.com, 165.xx.xx.xx]. It won't be possible to monitor the Virtual Host.
