nanosleep() is unstable on xen kernel and ntpd with -x option
Issue
- nanosleep() is unstable on xen kernel and ntpd with -x option
- nanosleep() which is used like usleep command is unstable
- Even if nanosleep() doesn't sleep for specific time, it returns 0 (successfully)
