Router pod fails following operating system upgrade

Issue

• Following an infrastructure node operating system upgrade from RHEL 7.6 to 7.7, router pod fails to pass readiness and liveness probes and ends up in a CrashLoopBackOff state:

  Readiness probe failed: Get http://localhost:1936/healthz: net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)
  Liveness probe failed: Get http://localhost:1936/healthz: net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)
  

• The router HAProxy reload fails and crashes with exit status 1 error:
