Issue

  • A Windows 2003 guest OS fails. It looks like the Windows installer can not see the CD-ROM:

  Unable to access to files required to proceed with the installation.
  An error occurred in CD-ROM media, or no CD-ROM is in the drive.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 GA
  • Architecture: x86_64
  • Kernel Version: kernel-2.6.32-71.el6.x86_64
  • Related Package Version: libvirt-client-0.8.1-27.el6.x86_64
  • Guest OS: Microsoft Windows server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 1(32bit)
