How to enforce scheduler filtering when live-migrating instance?

Issue

When we live-migrate instance by the following command, we see that scheduler filtering is not applied on the destination host

$ openstack server migrate myinstance --live compute-1.localdomain

Can we enforce scheduler filtering to keep instance running in the expected range, like AZ?
