Red Hat 3scale toolbox returns "apply: incorrect number of arguments given: expected 3, but got X" on 'application-plan apply' when using spaces

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

When I do try the following command using the 3scale toolbox:

sh-4.2$ 3scale application-plan apply https://<HOST> -k --publish --name='Test Application Plan Using Spaces' <service> <system_name>

I get the error:

apply: incorrect number of arguments given: expected 3, but got 7

When I try:

sh-4.2$ 3scale application-plan apply https://<HOST> -k --publish --name="Test-Application-Plan Using-Spaces" <service> <system_name>

Then the Application Plan is created/updated successfully.
