Registering VMware ESX based VMs as the Overcloud nodes

Issue

• We are trying to use the fake_pxe driver to register the existing VMs from VMware.

• The introspection and register nodes steps are not working.

• Whenever we try to register the Vmware ESX based VMS as Control and compute nodes weare getting this error:
