Changed InternalApiVirtualFixedIPs after deployment, now horizon and nova are broken

Issue

  • After changing InternalApiVirtualFixedIPs in the templates and deploying an existing overcloud nova and horizon stopped working and the following error messages are seen in /var/log/containers/nova/nova-api.log on the controllers:
