deleting packages fails with error update or delete on table "rhnpackage" violates foreign key constraint

Issue

• Trying to delete packages from Satellite 5 that are no part of a channel fails with following error,

ERROR: update or delete on table "rhnpackage" violates foreign key constraint "rhn_err_pkgtmp_pid_fk" on table "rhnerratapackagetmp"

• In spite of deleting unwanted channel using spacewalk-remove-channel, packages still show up in the Web UI as "Packages in no channels"
