RHEV storage became unavailable after NFS storage filled up

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

RHEV storage became unavailable after NFS storage filled up.  One guest is paused, and was possibly expanding storage at the time.  NFS now has space free, but storage is still unavailable and cannot be started.  In the RHEV manager, in the host tab, it is changing from contending to SPM and then back to contending. In the log it said host is installed and then detected new host.

In your logs you get messages:
Storage pool manager runs on host
Error getting data center default status
Setting status to non responsive
Trying to find another host.
