[Satellite 6.x] Excluding subscriptions from a Subscription allocation based on contract number

Issue

We have 3 contracts: one is main, one is an extension, and the third is a buffer. We also have a Red Hat Satellite server.
We want to attach subscriptions to Satellite clients from the first (main) and second (extension) contracts, but not from the third (buffer) contract.
How is it possible to achieve this?
