How to separate log records of business-central application from Server.log/Server.out on WebLogic

Issue

We want to collect log records of business-central separately to a new log file.

We followed documentation but it does not work with Weblogic server, i.e. log file is created but it's empty.

How should we configure in order to separate business-central logging ?
