Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • A user profile for OpenShift is unable to access Kibana logs. This user has the same group level access as others who are able to view the logs.
  • Errors at the top of the Kibana Management page such as:

Error: [object Object]: [security_exception] no permissions for [indices:data/read/field_caps] and User [name=USER_NAME, roles=[gen_user_<HASH>, gen_kibana_<HASH>]]
